Graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay and Business Management from IIM Bangalore, Sandip has worked in areas as diverse as oil production to Sales, Marketing and Media Management.
During his stint in media investment management, he was involved in three successful start-ups on the agency side (MindShare Fulcrum, India of which he was the first employee, MindShare Fulcrum Sri Lanka and MPG). His previous assignment before joining Future Group was with Reliance ADA Group, as Head (Media) for the Reliance ADA Group.
At Future Group Sandip is the President (Customer Strategy) for the Group. The role involves owning the customer relationships from end-to-end, including Marketing, Research, and Media.

Vijay has completed his Bachelor of Science from Bombay University, Mumbai. Post which he has completed Diploma in Advertising & Marketing from Xavier’s Institute of Communication, Mumbai. Vijay started his career in Media with Interact vision. He then moved on to GREY as Sr. Media Planner where he took care of media buying for Johnson & Johnson and Marico.
He then worked with reputed agencies like LOWE & GROUP M – Fulcrum in Strategic Media Planning & Buying. He moved onto the client end when he joined STAR India as Asst Vice President – All India Channel V. He has worked with reputed brands like ESPN and SONY entertainment as well
He is currently heading National Sales in Future Media, looking into Strategic planning, Sales & Business development, Managing Profitability, People management & providing leadership to the team. The youngest of three sons, is an avid movie buff and listener of all kinds of music, especially retro music.

Graduating in BA from Agra University, and having completed his MBA from Poona University, Rajnish has a rich experience of over 18+ years in the areas of Sales and Marketing.
He started his career with Siemens India as a management trainee where he was exposed to various facets of management. He then moved on to Edge Multi Media as Manager – Sales & Marketing. His last assignment was with Pioneer, a leading publication house, as General Manager – Sales and Marketing and responsible for Darpan (In flight magazine) and Pioneer (National Daily).
Currently in Future Media, he heads Business for Print & Future TV. The role involves marketing, promotion, distribution and proactively establishing strategies to spearhead sales & establish profitability for the organisation’s products and services.

An English literature graduate, armed with a post-graduate degree in journalism and mass communication, Nina began her career as a lifestyle writer, thinker and ideator. Exploring the lifestyle canvas across publishing to retail has empowered her with various facets of lifestyle and contemporary fashion.
In over a decade of industry experience, as a creative writer/editor, she has explored a wide range of domains such as advertising, arts, lifestyle and business, including the Times (B2B), a division of The Economic Times, the world’s highest-circulated financial daily.
She has in her creative repertoire names like British Airways, Shoppers' Stop and advertiser brands such as Park Avenue, Zegna, MTDC, Chivas Regal, Tata Safari, Logitech, Kodak and Sony.
Having led the content development unit of a leading KPO, she was responsible for delivering solutions and managing relationships for brands such as St. Gobain, Tata Internet and Patel Group.
Her work profile includes a vast spectrum of responsibilities like campaign ads, direct mail communication, creative strategy, client and project management and editorial expertise, culminating in knowledge of different shades of the lifestyle paradigm.
Imbued with a zeal to explore the new, Nina loves to travel and engage with the creative arts, enriching the creative mind.
